Checking Order Status

Our system will automatically inform you of your order status via email. You can also check the status of your order with our team if you email (online@abbotsfordcycles.com.au) and include your full name and phone number so we can track your order.

 

Pricing

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST (10% Goods & Services Tax). If you are an international customer, Australian GST may not apply so please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

 

Missing/Late Deliveries

For security and reliability, every post parcel carries a barcode with tracking number that is scanned throughout the delivery process. We can track parcels via this number. If your order does not arrive within the time frame specified, please contact us for your tracking number and we can instigate a search for your order.

We take no responsibility for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. Availability of Goods

Although we keep thousands of items in stock at any one time, we cannot guarantee the same of our suppliers. We may sometimes experience delays that are out of our control due to nil stock, back orders, shipping delays etc. If an item will be delayed for any period of time whatsoever you will be notified, either by email or phone and advised of the estimated time of delivery.

 

Warranty Exchanges

All warranty claims are processed through each individual product’s manufacturer and are subject to their policies and approval.

 

Damaged Goods

Abbotsford Cycles prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution.

We take the utmost care to check over any stock before it leaves us. Should an item arrive that is faulty we will replace it or refund its value upon receipt and authentication of fault.
